How long will it be until I get my order?
If you order inventoried items, most will ship
in 2-3 days.
How long for custom orders?
Custom orders can take as long as 6 weeks,
depending on the difficulty of the order. Most take 3 weeks or less.
How do you ship?
Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS - C.O.D., P.O. Box, APO.
Do you accept returns?
Our products are 100% guaranteed for fine craftsmanship.
If you have a defective bag, call us at (830) 249-2480 for a Return
Authorization number and return shipping method. All returns must
have this number.
The bags I bought this year are a different
shade than the ones I bought last year. Why?
Fabric for our bags is produced in dye lots.
All bags produced from the same dye lot will be exactly the same
color, but bags from different dye lots (different years) sometimes
appear slightly lighter or darker. Colors you see on the website
are usually accurate, but contact us for a fabric swatch if the
shade is really important.
How do I submit artwork for my custom
bag order?
We prefer camera-ready artwork, submitted my
email or fax it to (830) 249-3567. Consult the Art
Production Guide for specific information on file formats to
submit. If you need us to alter your art, there is a charge of $20/hour
for art or logo design.
Do you protect sales areas?
Yes. We protect the zip code sales area of
current customers.
