Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed 100% against any defects in workmanship or materials.  If your bag is damaged through normal, everyday use, we will repair or replace it.

If you have a defective bag, please follow these steps to return it:

  1. Call 800-344-7242, ext. 141, or e-mail sales@flyingcirclebags.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Returns will not be processed without a valid Return Authorization Number.
  2. Pack your bag in a box, and include your name and shipping address.
  3. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the box to:

Upon receipt of your bag at Flying Circle, we will repair it (if possible) or send you a replacement bag.  Please allow 5-7 business days to process a repair, and 2-3 business days to process a replacement.

Payment for shipping costs on all returns is the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error on your order.  If we shipped you the wrong product, or the wrong color, we will gladly pay for shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
